Our Mission

The primary mission of the Association and the Hampden County 4-H/Youth Fair is to promote, educate and encourage the enrichment of all youth in Hampden County.  To accomplish this goal, the Association conducts an annual fair open to all youth between the ages of 5 and 18.

History

The Association was founded on August 15, 1953.  It is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS and classified as a public charity, in partnership with the University of Massachusetts.
